Return Policy

At Haneen by Arian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. We want to ensure that you have enough time to decide if the product meets your expectations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@haneen.store with your order number and a description of the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Please include this RA number on the outside of your package.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the Items: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend retaining the tracking number for your reference.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@haneen.store with a description of the issue and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
